Before You Book.

What vaccinations are required?

Current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations are required for all boarding dogs. Dogs must be healthy and free of any contagious illness at drop-off. Please have records ready when you reach out.

Do I need to bring my dog's food?

Yes. We feed your dog their regular food on your schedule. Sudden diet changes can cause stress and GI issues, so we always use what you send. Fresh water is provided at all times.

Can you handle medication?

Yes, at no additional charge. Just provide written instructions at drop-off. We follow them exactly, whether it's a daily pill, eye drops, or anything else.

What if my dog has shown aggression?

Dogs displaying aggression toward staff or posing a safety risk may not be accepted unless they have been previously evaluated by MLK9. Reach out before booking and we will let you know honestly if boarding is the right fit.

What is the complimentary obedience refresher?

If your dog has completed an MLK9 Board & Train program, every future boarding stay includes complimentary obedience refresher training at no additional cost. We reinforce what they already learned so the skills stay sharp.
